This Is An Official Satellite Tournament For Entry Into The WSOBP IV In Las Vegas! *It's Simple... Win This Tournament & You Will Get An Automatic Bid To The World Series Of Beer Pong!* *January 1 - 5, 2009 In Las Vegas* Two Qualifying Rounds (11/9 & 11/15) ~ One Final Day Tournament (11/22) Secure Your Spot By Signing Up Today! See Details Below... Rules For Montgomery County's ONLY WSOBP IV Qualifying Tournament... 1. Qualifying Rounds Will Be Held On Sunday, November 9, 2008 & Satuday, November 15, 2008. Qualifying Rounds Are Single Elimination Style. You Can Register For Both Qualifying Rounds If You Wish, However No Refunds Will Be Given For An Unused Slot. By Registering For Both Qualifying Rounds, You Ensure That, If You Lose In Qualifying Round #1, You Have A Second Shot At Winning Our Tournament. Should You Register For Both Qualifying Tournaments & Advance To The Final Tournament, You CAN Transfer Your Second Spot To Another Team. The Tournament Final Round Will Be Held On Saturday, November 22, 2008. The Winner Of Our Final Tournament Will Receive An Automatic Bid To The World Series Of Beer Pong IV In Las Vegas. Winning Team Will be Responsible For Airfare & Personal Expenses. 2. All Teams Must Consist Of Two (2) Players, Both Over The Age Of 21, With Valid, Government Issued ID. No Team Will Be Allowed To Register For This Tournament Without Valid, Government Issued ID. 3. No Team Is Required To Pay With Beer. In Fact, Many Teams Choose To Play With Water. No Team Is Required To Consume Or Purchase Alcohol Of Any Sort, To Participate In This Tournament. 4. All Teams Must Be Present 30 Minutes Prior To Tournament Start Time (No Substitutes Allowed) For Check In Or Your Registration & Entry Fee Will Be Forfeited. 5. This Tournament Will Follow The Official WSOBP IV Rules. 6. The Registration Deadlines Are As Follows... 11/9 Tournament Registration Deadline Is 11/4 11/15 Tournament Registration Deadline Is 11/11 The Final Day Tournament Teams & Bracket Will Be Determined By The Two Qualifying Rounds 7. An official registration form must be completed & submitted along with the $50 entry fee by the posted deadlines. You may register in person on any Tuesday after 7:00 pm at Orange Ball Billiards & Cafe beginning on Tuesday, September 23rd, until the registration deadline. If you cannot register in person, you may request a registration form by e-mail. Once you receive the registration form by e-mail, please complete it and fax it to 301-942-4501. If not registering in person, your payment must then be submitted through PayPal to info@mapdja.com. Be sure to include your team name and the code WSOBP2009. Each qualifying tournament round will seed a maximum of 32 teams, in a single elimination tournament. We will wait list an additional 8 teams for possible play. The wait list will open up on tournament day if we have team no shows. In this case, we will enter teams from our wait list, one team at a time, for each team that is a no show. No shows will be determined by 3:30 pm on tournament day. If your team is wait listed and you DO NOT get to play, your entry fee WILL BE refunded. All games will begin with a coin flip. Tournament Director will have final say in all calls of question. Please see WSOBP IV official rules if you are unclear on the rules used on tournament day. When registering, you must complete a registration form which indicates that you are over 21 & understand that beer play is optional and not a required part of this tournament. All winners must be present to claim prize. The first place team will receive an automatic bid into The World Series Of Beer Pong IV. This team will receive the promo codes to be used as entry into The WSOBP IV. The winning team must register online by December 5, 2008 to claim their automatic entry into The WSOBP IV. Once the promo codes are issued, it is up to the winning team to properly register for The WSOBP IV. The promo codes for The WSOBP IV ARE transferable. If you are unable to use the codes, you may pass them along to another team for entry into The WSOBP IV. If you have any questions, please contact DJ XTA-C or DJ Krissy.
