Plan C... $899.00 - Traveling solo... then choose Plan "C", for the ultimate getaway! You will be treated to a room all to yourself with one king bed. Here are the details for The 2008 DJ XTA-C Tour Stop West. Registration for this trip (TSW-LV2008) signifies that you accept the terms and conditions set forth below and on all forthcoming registration forms. It should be understood that acceptance and registration is on a first come first served basis.

1. The deadline for registration is June 1, 2008. You must complete an official registration form and submit a deposit payment of $199.00 to confirm your reservation. No reservations will be confirmed or accepted without a registration form and deposit payment of $199.00. All deposits & payments are non refundable. Accepted forms of payment are cash, money order and MC/Visa/Discover. Credit card payments will only be accepted for the paid in full option. Sorry, no checks are accepted. 2. All travelers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government issued ID. You must be responsible for having your ID ready and available for all travel arrangements, hotel check in, entrance to gaming facilities, bars, lounges, nightclubs, amusements and all other entertainment and travel related occurrences.

3. Registration for this trip entitles each traveler to A) Roundtrip airfare from the Washington, DC area (BWI, IAD or DCA), B) Hotel accommodations and C) Round trip transportation to and from LAS airport to Harrah's Las Vegas. No additional travel arrangements are offered or implied. Each traveler is responsible for their own personal expenses to include, but not limited to gaming, meals, entertainment, amusements, etc.

4. Each traveler must hold and maintain a valid major credit card upon check in to cover any additional expenses. You will be denied check in without a major credit card or debit card. There must be one (1) valid credit/debit card for each room occupied.

5. MAPDJA, LLC & DJ XTA-C shall be held harmless against any claims of lost/stolen merchandise to include personal belongings, luggage, etc. MAPDJA, LLC & DJ XTA-C shall also be held harmless by any delays caused by airline strike, mechanical issues or delays, state of emergency, acts of God or any such declared emergency which delays, halts or suspends air travel temporarily or indefinitely. Any issues of such nature shall be pursued with the appropriate authorities.
